Once you have become the proud owner of your American RV, you will occasionally need help to keep it in tip top condition.

Warranties in general vary between Dealers, Manufacturers and vehicles.

Most Dealers supply a back to base warranty repair service. 

However if you decide to choose Itchy Feet for your motorhome you will be treated to a different form of service 

All new vehicles supplied by ourselves will carry:

• Full 12 month warranty.
• Full 220v / 240v electrical conversion.
• Full Euro lights conversion.
• Full pre delivery inspection.
• Full underseal and wax protection of the underbody and engine compartment.
• Cat 1 Alarm fitted as standard and tracker where required by insurance companies.
• Full UK registration.
• 12 months road tax.
• Complimentary RV Starter pack to include gas connectors, water hoses various electrical connectors etc and complimentary chemical pack.
• Full valet of vehicle including exterior body treatment.

Pre owned vehicles supplied by ourselves will carry:

• Full 12 month warranty for vehicles up to 5 years old with the option to extend.
• Electrical conversion checked.
• Full Pre delivery inspection including habitation, chassis and body.
• Re underseal and wax protection where necessary.
• 6 months road tax and MOT if required.
• Complimentary RV Starter pack to include gas connectors, water hoses various electrical connectors etc and complimentary chemical pack.
• Full valet of vehicle including exterior body treatment.

To help take care of you, Itchy Feet have the use of service centres and backup facilities located throughout the country and which are second to none.

What happens if things go wrong?

Wherever possible, our technicians will travel to you and fix the problem at your premises, this takes away the vast expense placed on you in having to return your motorhome to the dealer for a back to base repair.

What happens if things go wrong when I’m on the road?

We are fortunate enough that should you need help whilst travelling, we have the use of some major service centres throughout the UK including Scotland and Wales.

Main dealer support (engine, gear box & chassis)

Itchy Feet, although based in Cornwall, are fortunate enough to have a main Caterpillar Dealer within 5 miles of us and who undertake all of our servicing needs.  Exeter has a main Cummins centre and our nearest Allison Dealer is based in Plymouth. Ford and Mercedes dealers are also within easy reach, should we need main dealer input for any reason.

In addition to these warranties, all new vehicles supplied by Itchy Feet will carry various other warranties ranging between 12 months and 3 years, on any accessories that we fit to the vehicle.
